List of Services Available for Knee Injury Prevention
Knee Injury Screening Baseline Assessment:
An in-depth and personal testing battery that identifies risk factors that will place athlete at risk of sustaining a knee injury. Results will be used to create a individual training plan based on potential weakness identified.
Personal Preventative Training Session:
Work one-on-one for an hour with an exercise specialist to develop a specific exercise regime that will help prevent knee injuries.
Group Prevention Classes:
Train for an hour in a group setting (3-5 participants) with an exercise specialist, doing specific exercises and drills that will help prevent knee injuries.
